Instead of saying you'll stay organized and then resorting to messy piles of papers in your backseat, use Ring Leader's Contracts and Documents functionality to keep track of everything. You'll have all your wedding paperwork in the palm of your hand, and you'll save a few trees in the process!

Receive contracts and documents from vendors

When your vendor uses Ring Leader, they can send you virtual copies of all receipts, contracts, and other notable documents. They'll be automatically saved in the Contracts section of your app.

Upload contracts and documents from your files

If your vendor has sent you a PDF of your wedding documents through email, you can upload the file to Ring Leader. Just save the PDF to the files section of your phone, open Ring Leader, navigate to Contracts, tap the plus sign in the top right hand corner, then tap "upload file" to find and add your PDF.

Upload photos of your contracts and documents

If your vendor texts you photos of your important wedding paperwork, upload those photos by navigating to the Contracts section in Ring Leader. Save the photo, tap the plus sign in the upper right hand corner, then tap "upload photo" to select the picture of your document from your photo library.

Scan your contracts and documents with the app

Tapping "scan file" in the Contracts section of Ring Leader opens your phone's camera app, allowing you to take pictures of any paper documentation. Just navigate to Contracts, tap the plus sign in the top right hand corner, and tap "scan file." Then, take a photo of your paperwork and it will be uploaded.
